Wow! I didn't realize how long it had been since I have posted here. There have been a lot of changes in my life; not all of them positive but they have made me a stronger person. There is no looking back however. Going forward is something I have to do if I am going to be successful in where I am going.
I am now a CNA and working full time as am HCA. The kiddo is in 1st grade (Say what!?!?).
My current weight is 298 lbs. That is a bit up from when I started the blog. But its going down from where it was a few months ago. :)
I've started using this new app called "Noom". Its a bit different but I like it. I upgraded to the pro version and its been pretty helpful helping me realign how I think about healthy eating and expectations in general.
Today for breakfast I went for my version of "lite". 2 slices of toast slightly buttered, a Dole pears cup (packed in juice), a snack pack sugar free vanilla pudding and 4oz of Ocean Spray Cran-Apple (cut with 4oz of water).
I think thats a pretty successful breakfast.
